Then this could be the job for you! We’re on the lookout for an outstanding Digital Manager to lead and implement the digital marketing strategies across both Dew Process and Create/Control record labels, as well as touring activity for Secret Sounds and festivals such as Splendour in the Grass.
You will be working within the Label Marketing group, assisting our artists and managers to develop ‘best practice’ policies across their digital properties. You will foster relationships with digital business partners and third party contractors. You will regularly report on the growth of all our digital properties across the Group.
To be successful for this role, you will have fabulous creative digital marketing skills, and exceptional high-level digital campaign management abilities across all forms of advertising and editorial platforms. You will be managing our digital advertising campaigns, influencer campaigns, eCommerce sales strategy and platform SEO. You will work closely with the marketing teams for each company to leverage as much editorial reach as you can.
Previous experience in marketing, digital or promotions strategy
You will need experience in managing advertising campaigns, including PPC, Display, Content and Remarketing, across a variety of platforms, as well as all things ECRM
You need to have great knowledge of SEO strategies to grow traffic from organic search, as well as how to make your way around a CMS system
A big part of your role will be to drive eCommerce acquisition strategies to ensure Direct to Consumer sales KPIs are met
You will need a deep understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to report results clearly and concisely to the wider team
Experience in managing budgets and ensuring campaigns are successfully completed in or under budget
You need excellent understanding of various social media platforms, all streaming platforms and digital music providers
You will need to have finely honed communication skills to all type of stakeholders
A knowledge of coding (HTML and CSS) and design are highly desirable
