Kosciuszko scales the feature album and gains additional regional dates   11 April 2011

If you have been listening to Triple J this week you will already know that Jebediah's awesome new album Kosciuszko has been crowded this weeks feature album! However, were you aware that as a part of being feature album Triple J is streaming Kosciuszko in entirety 4 days before its release on their website! Click here to check it out.

Coinciding with their recent acolate the band are pleased to announce an extra eleven (Yes! Eleven!) regional dates to their already large Kosciuszko Album Tour.  North Queensland, Coastal NSW, Regional WA and Tassie will have even more reason to celebrate THIS Friday as tickets for these new dates go on sale AND Jebediah’s highly anticipated album “Kosciuszko” is released.
It’s been seven years too long since Jebediah rocked with their regional fans, so extending the Kosciuszko Album Tour to include some of their favourite towns was a no-brainer for the Perth group. On the East Coast of Australia they will be making their way through Cairns, Mackay, Surfers Paradise, Wollongong, Batemans Bay, Bateau Bay and Launceston. Over on the West Coast they will be venturing north to Broome, then down to Hillarys, Margaret River and Bunbury.
Including all of the capital city shows that are already announced (and selling fast) it stretches their time on the Australian road to three months, and there’s a sense that it won’t stop there.  Jebediah are pumped to be hitting these towns with a few of their back catalogue gems as well as tunes from their new album, including the track that soared them to #1 Most Played Australian Act at radio ‘She’s Like A Comet’.
The meteoric single is not the only new Jebediah track to be taking over the airwaves, with radio networks featuring the new album “Koscisuzko” as their Album of The Week.  The small screen has also come down with a touch of Jebediah fever with Video Hits, Channel [V] and Channel 7’s Sunrise all enjoying the band’s company this week.
As if all of the above isn’t enough, Jebediah’s “Koscisuzko” will be released on an ultra-special (and extremely limited) high-gloss gatefold vinyl. A small quantity this precious edition are available online and can be pre-ordered now at Jeb’s website ( The vinyl will be available from the merch stand on their tour, so get in early.  All vinyl editions are accompanied by a digital version of the album.
All the new regional dates of Jebediah’s Kosciuszko Album Tour will go on sale on Friday April 15.  All other dates are on sale now, but hurry as they are getting snapped up fast. Head to for all the ticketing details.
Jebediah’s album “Kosciuszko” is out this Friday April 15 via Dew Process.
