Homeschool is Tom D’Agustino –former lead singer of Active Bird Community, an indie-rock powerhouse that navigated the beloved Brooklyn DIY scene, earning millions of streams, thousands of fans, and touring the U.S. and Europe with likeminded artists like Samia, Slothrust and Charly Bliss. Their reputation for writing big, hooky hits in ‘ABC’ had been steadily building for years, and with this new project comes a focus and a desire to not just be a band, but to use music and songs as a real act of catharsis and while offering a real sense of wonder.
