Gossling’s debut Harvest Of Gold promised for this November  23 August 2013

Signalling this year’s most highly anticipated debut, not to mention one of Australia’s finest releases, Gossling this morning announces details of debut album Harvest Of Gold - out November 1st 2013. The news is paired with the eagerly awaited reveal of new single ‘Never Expire’ - a track that so effortlessly demonstrates the finesse and gifted musicianship of singer/songwriter Helen Croome.

Gossling’s mesmerising sound knows no boundaries, with her unique and enchanting voice deeply embedded both at home and abroad. Harvest Of Gold sits at the end of a remarkable couple of years for Gossling, culminating in major local and international TV syncs on the likes of Offspring and Gossip Girl; a sold out national tour and acclaimed appearances at some of the country's finest festivals including Splendour in the Grass, Falls/Southbound and Peats Ridge; a very French pairing with Oh Mercy’s Alexander Gow for the Melodie Francaise compilation, and a performance at the 2012 ARIA Awards. And, of course, spotlight-stealing vocals on the 4x platinum single by 360, ‘Boys Like You’

Sonically speaking, Harvest Of Gold is rich and impressively realised; far exceeding the expectation of a dazzling debutante. But with three acclaimed EPs already in her stride, the harvest is more than ready.

Combining Juno synth, organ and thrashing guitar stabs, ‘Never Expire’ bursts forth in a seething wall of sound, almost in defiance of Gossling’s more organic and acoustic sensibilities. It’s a bold new direction for the Melbourne-based songstress, but above all, the sound of an artist fully coming into her own.

Recorded in May 2013 at Melbourne’s The Shed Studios, the album boasts a host of respected collaborators, including producer John Castle (The Drones, The Bamboos, Washington), Sparkadia’s Alexander Burnett and Oh Mercy frontman Alexander Gow.

‘Never Expire’ is taken from Gossling’s forthcoming debut album Harvest Of Gold - out November 1st 2013 via Dew Process/Universal Music Australia. ‘Never Expire’ is out now digitally-only. Album pre-orders are available now.

Dear Green Cow:We had a wonderful visit last week to your farm. Our class of over 60 USC Marshall School's Executive MBA sttdunes really enjoyed the lunch. These are well travelled executives, but they thought the food in your farm was superb. One student even made a comment: the best food, not only in China, but also in all other places that I visited . Thank you.
