Two of Australia’s leading music PR agencies are joining forces! Paul Piticco’s Secret Service Public Relations and Stacey Piggott’s Two Fish Out Of Water are merging together under the Secret Services Public Relations banner, with Stacey leading a staff of five skilled publicists with offices in Sydney and Melbourne.


Paul is a prominent figure in the music industry wearing a number of hats including management for powerhouse acts Powderfinger, Bernard Fanning and The Grates. He is the Co-Promoter of Splendour In The Grass, The Falls Music & Arts Festival and the Label Head of Create Control and Dew Process, is also the Co-Owner and Director of Secret Sounds Connect and Secret Sounds Touring. Secret Service Public Relations has been behind the creation and execution of highly successful album releases and tour promotion for the full rosters of Dew Process, Create Control and Secret Sounds Touring, working for artists like Mumford & Sons, London Grammar, Gossling, Sarah Blasko, Foals, Foster The People, Father John Misty, The Panics, The Hives, Bernard Fanning, Dropkick Murphys, Haim, Laura Marling, James Vincent McMorrow, Boy & Bear, The Grates, Lana Del Rey and many more.


As the international manager of acclaimed Australian act The Drones and managing director of Two Fish Out Of Water for the past 15 years, Stacey brings a wealth of experience to the company, having created and executed publicity campaigns for local and international clients such as Henry Rollins, Neil Finn’s Pajama Club, Bon Iver, Clutch, The Drones, Tegan and Sara, The Jezabels, The Growl, The Beasts Of Bourbon, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Seth Sentry, TheMark Of Cain, Augie March and many more. She has also run the national PR campaigns for events like The Falls Music & Arts Festival for the past 10 years, The Melbourne Zoo Twilight Series, Dig It Up, ATP’s I’ll Be Your Mirror, and recently published ‘Blow Your Own Trumpet’ which is a musician’s guide to publicity and airplay.


Sparking the need for company development is the imminent departure of Head of Press and Promotions for Dew Process and Secret Service Public Relations’ Kathleen Hore, who has decided to move on from her role in this industry to pursue an exciting career change. For the past five years, Kathleen has been the driving force behind the success of Secret Service PR’s campaigns, a well respected member of the local industry and a much loved member of the extended Secret Service family of companies.
